Winrolla payments: deposits, withdrawals and what the money movement costs

Start playing

Winrolla handles deposits and withdrawals through credit and debit cards, e-wallets and bank transfers. The route you choose affects how quickly money moves, what you pay to move it, and the ceilings you work within – particularly on the way out, where withdrawal limits scale with your account's VIP level.

Before your first deposit

We accept payments by card, e-wallet and bank transfer. Each deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal clears. Fail to meet that x1 rollover and we reserve the right to charge a commission – 10% of your last deposit, with a 0.5 EUR floor, or 15% where the deposit arrived by bank card or bank transfer.

There is no published minimum or maximum deposit figure; we set those limits at our discretion. Your first transaction also starts a monthly clock: every calendar month you must wager at least 20 EUR across the account, or we may decline withdrawal requests that month.

Methods and their trade-offs

Cards and e-wallets fund accounts quickly. Bank transfers take longer but work for larger sums. We do not publish a list of specific providers – the cashier shows what is available to your account once you log in, and that set may vary by your location and currency.

Funding a deposit is usually instant. Getting money out runs through the same categories but follows a different timetable, and some deposit methods do not serve as withdrawal routes at all. Where a funding method does not support payouts, we return your balance by card or bank transfer.

Requesting a payout

Withdrawals work like this:

  1. Log in and open the cashier.
  2. Choose a withdrawal method from those available to you.
  3. Enter the amount – it must fall within your VIP level's per-transaction ceiling.
  4. Confirm the request. If this is your first withdrawal, or we ask for updated documents, the payout waits until verification clears.

You may hold up to three pending withdrawal requests at any time. A fourth must wait for one of the earlier three to complete.

The wait explained

Our financial department processes requests within 96 business hours – four working days – after you submit them, or 96 hours after your last withdrawal was paid out, whichever comes later. The department operates 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday to Friday, so requests made late on a Friday or over a weekend enter the queue the following Monday.

Once we approve a withdrawal and send it to your chosen payment provider, the time the money takes to reach you depends on that provider's own processing. E-wallets usually complete within hours; bank transfers and card payments can add one to three business days on top of our internal window.

Stage Timeframe
Our processing Up to 96 business hours
Payment provider Same day (e-wallet) to 3 business days (bank/card)
Verification (first withdrawal) Usually 10 days after documents received

Caps, fees and currency

Withdrawal limits rise as your VIP level increases, determined by your activity over the previous 90 days. An account that has not placed bets for a month drops to Level 1. Here is what each level allows per transaction, per day and per month:

Level Per transaction Per day Per month
1 500 EUR 500 EUR 7,000 EUR
2 1,000 EUR 2,000 EUR 25,000 EUR
3 1,000 EUR 3,000 EUR 30,000 EUR
4 1,500 EUR 4,000 EUR 50,000 EUR
5 1,700 EUR 5,000 EUR 75,000 EUR

We do not publish transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals, so whether a charge applies to your payment method depends on what the cashier states at the time you transact. Currency conversion, where it occurs, follows the provider's own rate.

Dormant accounts incur a 5 EUR monthly administration fee. An account becomes dormant after 180 days without a login, and the fee runs until the balance reaches zero.

Identity checks

We verify every account before approving a first withdrawal. You will be asked to upload a certified ID, proof of residence, proof of ownership for your payment method, and transaction histories – usually bank or card statements showing the deposits you made. You have 30 days to provide the documents once we request them.

We usually complete verification within 10 days of receiving everything we asked for. We may also carry out checks by phone or face verification. Fail to provide documents within the 30-day window and any pending refund is voided, your account closed and funds forfeited.

When a payout is late or refused

Withdrawals are typically held for one of three reasons: outstanding verification, an active bonus with unmet wagering, or insufficient monthly turnover. Contact our support team at [email protected] with your transaction date, the amount you requested and the payment method you chose. They can see your account's state and explain what is needed to release the payment.

Refund requests work differently. To be considered for a refund, you must reach us within 24 hours of the transaction. We aim to respond within 10 business days. No refund can be made after the deposit or its associated bonus has been used to place a bet, and the same 30-day documentation rule applies – miss that deadline and the refund will not be effected.

Responsible gambling

Gambling is entertainment, and keeping it that way means knowing when to pause. Set a budget before you deposit, and treat the account limits as a ceiling rather than a target. You can request self-exclusion or account closure at any time by emailing [email protected].

For free, confidential support in the UK, contact GamCare at gamcare.org.uk or call the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 (24/7). BeGambleAware and GamStop (national self-exclusion) offer further help. You must be 18 or over to use this site (18+).

This site is for players aged 18 and over (18+). If gambling stops feeling like entertainment, free and confidential help is available at BeGambleAware.org.
